Personal / Virtual Assistant

Im looking for a VA that can help me with the following things.

1: Microsoft Excel - Create a budget for my income and my outcome.
2: Do Internet Research on which products sell the best online, sales numbers.
Everything on an Excel Spreadsheet.
3: English must be EXCELLENT
4: Internet Research: Find events located near me, where I could attend as a photography/videographer. Collect all contact information (and a short note about the event or company) and write em down in Excel or Word perhaps.
5: Internet research upon which Danish companies sell the best in the areas that I work with. Collect numbers data, and type them into an Excel spreadsheet.
6: Organize my mail accounts and create an automated reply.

Im were going to work together, my deadlines would be from 24-72 hours per given task.
I would prefer to pay by completed task, so I dont waste money on insufficient time.
But if I see you do well, I can pay by the hour too.
