Download broker price data and upload my trading signals to the broker

I have developed a computerized trading strategy using pascal. I would now like to run some simulated real time trading tests with a broker. At the moment, I need to download broker data on a minute by minute basis and save it on my computer. For Forex data this would include single daily download of up to 1440 trading bars (Open, High, Low and Closing prices) at the end of each trading day. (7 hours on Sunday, 15 hours on Friday, and 24 hours Monday through Thursday.

Once I have the 1 minute trading bars, I will apply my own computerized trading signals for the next day and submit the signals back to the broker.

The tasks I would another programmer to provide would be (1) download up to 1440 daily 1 minute (open, high, low, close) trading bars and saving them on my computer, and (2) upload buy and sell signals back to the broker once I have calculated the signals and saved them on my computer.

The programming interface will vary from broker to broker. I have been considering Interactive Brokers or Forex as a potential broker to trade with. (Interactive Brokers might be my first choice.)
