Artist for RPG videogame Art

Im hoping to find someone that can design original art for a game I am creating in RPG maker. Its a fantasy/cyber punk theme, weighted more towards fantasy.

As of right now, Id like to start off with one simple enemy design, and hopefully continue from there with future creations. Below Ive given an example and hope to have the artwork in a similar style/color etc. in order to match other artwork.

If youre not familiar with RPG maker, I will share a photo for reference with shortlisted candidates, that way you can have a better idea whether or not this is something you can accomplish.

Im very passionate about create a unique experience in RPG maker and having original art to compliment it, Id love to have someone equally ambitious to help get my game there. Thanks!

NOTE: Although I dont currently have a big spending budget, I am flexible on price.
