Apache superset setup mvp and dashboard help needed

I need some quick help to spin up Apache superset on my GCP project to enable time sensitive reporting . I currently have it up and running on a dev server but its not at scale yet.

Setup help needed
1) help configuring, installing and deploying superset on compute engine
2) adding big query connectivity
3) ability to add users to log into reports

MVP report needed
1) I have a report I need to port over and demo this week.
2) Im pretty unfamiliar with superset and could use help with thus first one

This could definitely lead to future engagements as I get more advanced use cases online.
