Header bidding video expert - For Prebid video implementation

We are looking for an expert header bidding freelancer with proven expertise on video monetization. Our goal: implementation of Prebid for video demand in a website (desktop and mobile versions)

Task:
Site needs a start to end Prebid Long-Form Video implementation with Prebid Client Side (Desktop and Mobile).

Details:
Ad Server: Google Ad Manager.
Ad pod configuration for max 3 ads.
Price Granularity: high
Prebid.js and Brid player for instream pre-roll.
Adpod Module.
Orders and line items for Rubicon are already created.
Orders and line items for other bidders (AppNexus, Index Exchange and Rich Audience) are already created.

Primary goal:
To make it work properly

Secondary (desirable) goal:
Ad pod Module implementation
