Window 2012 sys admin needed for remote apps issue

i have a system architecture with a Domain controller, Remote gateway, and Remote session host and im trying to get remote apps to work but they are not.

I can connect using RDWeb but it will not run the apps.

Must have experience in setting up remote app environments

im assuming it would take a knowledgable person 1-4hours to resolve and get working. looking to get resolved today, it will roll into an hourly gig
