Sharing Rights for a custom object for a community site- Salesforce

I have created a community site page (one of many I have done in the past) but in this particular case I want to use a custom object as part of the items that the authenticated user can view. For some reason, none of the usual profile, sharing, user, object etc changes are allowing the related lists to show up.

The related objects are installed managed objects through Milestones PM Plus.
Will only hire someone who has worked with Customer Community sites in the past in salesforce.
