Hello,

I need the following app:

1. Say we have a website where news is added,
2. The app needs to know if a new entry was added and display the iOS user a notification css tricks added a news.
3. The notification needs to have an option to rate cool or I dont care.
4. The app needs to have a registration option with access to rated notifications.
5. The app needs to display notifications only when the user is logged in.
