Zero Trust security monitoring framework

The key deliverable is a white paper (powerpoint document) on the Metrics and SIEM monitoring related to zero trust based on an industry standard architecture / framework like NIST

A. What are the elements to monitor for zero trust security in a large distributed organization set up B.. Identify how to monitor and report on Zero Trust. This may include the following, among others:
- Top 10 metrics to measure the coverage of Zero Trust across the organization (on prem, cloud etc)
- Top 10 indictors of compromise of zero trust security environment
C. Each zero trust component (MFA, IAM, Micro-segnemtation) is likely to have its own reporting of key metrics. What are the top 5 elements that should be monitored in the various key components of zero trust
- top 10 operational metrics metrics
- top 10 security metrics
- top 2-5 metrics that tell if the component is working well or has been compromised by a hacker
- Top 10 rules to correlate the data from multiple components to find the potential gaps and exceptions related to zero trust security

Looking to work with a security expert who has experience of at least 3 zero trust security implementations.

The work needs to be sufficiently detailed and well structured.
