add menu to running java software: menue "save" and "quit"

look at imgviewer.jar Java software I append. You know changing it?
The Java software is a image viewer, it just show a image without frame of a window manager around. And displayed always onTop. If you press strg + mouse wheel then the image resizes. Thats the the whole function of imgviewer.jar. Right mouse click closes the displayed image.

You work is:
1. Right mouse click opens a menu with save and quit instead of close the displayed image. quit closes the image instead (with esc as shortcut)
2. Menu save saves the image to Windows
* where ...\\path is read from a configuration text file (imgviewer.conf). That file does not yet exist.
* where mary is windows computer name. And 3. And a keyboard shortcut for save and quit in sequence. I need to change it at every windows workstation

Can you do that?

You can integrate imgviewer into Printscreen from Gadwin.
