Set up a lighweight RPA environment and a demo project

I would like your help to identify and set up an automation environment for light weight automation scenarios.
- Help identify the optimum FREE environment for a personal laptop setup (not enterprise set up) - Blue prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, or any other (i.e. memory, space requirement should be minimal)
- Help set up the environment choosing the right options for simple scenarios
- Script and Execute a simple scenario to unit test the setup and help me understand the concepts

Scenario -
(1) Login into a website that collects visitors emails
(2) Download a csv file. Log off.
(3) Compare with the csv file downloaded last time the scenario ran (or daily)
(4) Find the new records collected
(5) Derive the userid from the email to create a new column
(5) Login into a Wordpress site
(6) Create new users using the userid and email and save
(7) Once all records are done, log off

Deliverable - the above-mentioned scenario working transparently on a regular schedule without issues.
