Machine Learning expert needed for image slicing and classification

Hi

I am developing a tool to generate a report of certain interior objects (doors for example). Based on the images i want to quantify the condition of these objects in 3 categories (bad/normal/good)...etc. I will use the machine learning results to inform the user about the condition of certain objects based on the images.

The job is:

0 - develop a machine learning implementation plan to transform raw images to image classifications
1 - slice large images with multiple objects to object images (interior image of a house -> windows & doors)...
2 - crop the images (from size 1200px*1200px to usefull sizes)
3 - make all the different object images ready for machine learning processing
4 - implement the machine learning algorithm
5 - fill in automatically based on images url
