Machine learning algorithm predicting estimated dates based on previous datasets

We need a machine-learning algorithm that can predict, when given a specific date d1, the corresponding expected date d2 (within a reasonable CI), based on a sum of previous datasets of matched dates and on a small number of additional parameters. We would need the algorithm to autoimprove periodically based on the changes on the datasates that happen daily. The datasets are to be retrieved from a given website. This is a part of an ongoing project of building a mobile app and it is going to be used as a test to fit for an ongoing relationship with our team, including the final app development. More addons will be needed on the long-term. We expect you to collaborate with our team finding ways to make this feasible in an innovative way.
