Office administrator

We would like an office administrator with excellent English speaking skills.
We need someone who is able to take instructions and follow them exactly and precisely every time in order to complete tasks to a high standard.
The correct operative will need to be able to complete all of the days work on time.
This will include:
1) invoicing- sending out invoices Using operatives job sheets and chasing up outstanding payments
2) booking in calls for our operatives and organising their diaries
3) sending out quotes
4) taking calls and emails from clients.
5) liaising with clients regarding job dates

Understanding the English language is essential.
You will need to video call our managing director daily give reports and feedback on the days work.
We give a 5 star service to our clients and you must be capable of delivering this.
You will be the communication between the clients and our field operatives.
You will be required to work 8am until 6pm UK time.
You will be required to report to a trainer on a daily bases.
