Set up Conversion Tracking for Google Ads in React a app

This is very simple task. Im looking for someone to help me setup conversion tracking in a react code.
Basically I want to place the Conversion tracking script to be triggered when someone is in the Confirmation page.
The instructions from Google Ads is to place the tag in the section of the web page or via Google Tag Manager.
