Admin support: Quickbooks online and Google Apps

Seeking Book keeper with Accounting education and experience.

*** must be able to video conference, and use google apps.
NO AGENCY - only PERSON - ONE person, no bait & switch, please.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you give word of your availability and capabilities, we expect you to be honest and truthful. Failure to keep your word or be capable in applications usage results in immediate termination. Thus far, after more than 50 hires, not a single person has been sufficiently capable of use of Google Calendar. Try to be honest - you can not fool others for long.

Having worked with many people through Toogit, I find majority of applicants are:
1) Scammers: they fail to have qualifications they purport to have evidenced by slowness or inability to act in a timely manner. Slow communication is evidence of this dishonesty.
2) Disillusioned: if you are not capable with use of spreadsheets, word processor, and texting applications, as well as basic Windows functions - get educated before seeking pay for learning.
3) Sloppy &/or Lazy: Inability to work for minimum of 4 hours per sitting is evidence of a side-gig scammer. Not seeking those in search of pocket money with no value delivered.
If you can not be truthful, get lost. Too many frauds out there! Seeking ONE honest person...

Data entry has been performed where reports are not making sense,
Accounts may be mistakenly linked to wrong chart of account.

Understanding of repair business or equivalent required.
( job-costing, service company, accounting for Time & Materials )

Must have a sense of pride in your work, have integrity.
This will eliminate 99.9% of people.
Must be looking to work for pay, not handouts or paid education. Tired of teaching the basics.

If you do not have adequate time to work, please do not reply.
Expectation is minimum of 6 hours per work-session. No working for 3 or 4 hours, then returning the next day... if you can not work in a full-time capacity, this is not an opportunity for you. Thanks.

Result is minimum 1 entry per date - with indication of Available & Not Available.
Not Available is so we can verify data integrity. Events are posted with 3 elements.

Who? = your initials
