accountant/bookkeeper with 3-5 years of experience, who is also familiar with QuickBooks
(online and all desktop versions, NetSuite, and SAP Business One and is able to learn other software quickly. tech-savvy, fluent in English strong knowledge of US GAAP and bookkeeping fundamentals such as month-end close procedures, classification of transactions, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, etc. detail-oriented
1. Entry of accounts payable invoices
2. Entry of accounts receivable invoices
3. Record credit card transactions;
4. Prepare strategic key performance indicators;
5. Perform month-end close procedures, including:
a. Maintain prepaid expense schedules;
b. Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules;
c. Reconcile bank accounts
d. Reconcile credit card accounts
e. Accrue month-end expenses
f. Recognize earned but unbilled revenue
g. Prepare financial statements.
