Problemn with Relay and Amazon EC2

I have a problem, I already have Centos Web Panel PRO configured, I try to configure the relay for dovecot, but it does not work for me, I use Amazon EC2, everything is already configured, try to request the request for port 25, but they did not give it to me, try to configure the amazon SMTP, but it did not work for me, I need to make the Relay work with some SMTP service or with the amazon simple email service
