Looking for freelancer that can complete the following tasks.

Step 1 Conduct online search for townhouse apartment complexes within a specific U.S. zip code area. Likely to be no more than 50 apartment complexes which will meet the criteria

Step 2 Enter data about the townhouse apartment complex into a provided excel spreadsheet. There are about 15 fields to be completed on the spreadsheet for each apartment (eg address, number of apartment units, type of units, rent, availability, etc.)

Step 3 Ensure apartment complex does not have restrictions noted in their online description

Step 4 Verify data to ensure accuracy
