Looking for a database expert

I am looking for a database hero that can help me structure and build a new lead database in google cloud platform.

I will share an excel with shortlisted candidates to explain how I see the first version of fields and scripts that are needed, as well as dashboard functions, however, I would need your input to ensure that I have not forgotten anything.

I would love to have a simple/non-technical dashboard to use (see requirements in excel) however, this is a nice to have to depend on the complexity. Speed to set it up is more important than the dashboard, as long as we can download all data as a CSV.

We want to receive data from two different APIs and push data to another API. This should be able to scale on both sides. (Step two)
