We are a wholesale distributor of building products that has used Epicors BisTrack for years. It works adequately well but weve always felt like there was functionality we werent getting out of it, and have never experienced the customer support necessary from Epicor to improve how we use it. Im looking for someone to help with this first project with the ultimate goal of setting up an ongoing service agreement to help with reports, cubes and implementation of future capabilities like mobile delivery and potentially WMS.

Our immediate need is help with printer mapping. We opened our second ditribution center last year and I learned yesterday we still dont have the printers mapped correctly. When a CSR enter an order they have to manually go into related documents and print each one to the appropriate printer. Can you help?
