Build an iOS and Android app for an e-Commerce store

Need an app as soon as possible for an e-Commerce store. The developer should also help with the design element as well. Essentially an app version of our website. We sell clothing and footwear currently through Shopify using Stripe and PayPal. Also, only active people with a paying membership subscription are allowed to shop on our site. Happy to run through all of the different functionalities that the app needs to have. Some great apps that we like which we could model after are GOAT, END, and Touch of Modern. We are open to proving equity compensation in addition to cash payment.
