Create promotional booklet for real estate customer selling their house

Ive got a rough sketch of some ideas I want to convey to a customer whos thinking of selling their house. Im trying to communicate service above all else, and have just a rough sketch started. I need some help making a template I can have printed professionally that I can use in the field to present to people when theyre thinking of selling their home. Youll notice some pages have items to pick from, like signs, lockboxes, and acrylic literature holders. And then other pages have ideas Im just trying to put down that Id need to come back and edit and update after design completion. So Im hoping to have you run with the design and idea and take it as far as you can and then maybe collaborate a little before finalizing. Ocourse looking for professional appearance and really promoting choices and service.
