Lighting fixtures development

I am a designer that is looking for an engineer/ designer who can assist me with a few products. Experience in lighting is a must!!! I need someone who knows how to work independently and stay on schedule.

I have four lighting fixtures, some already have 3D computer models, that are design-wise fully developed but I need an engineer/designer to develop the details and the assembly parts as well as provide technical drawings and fully prepare the products for production. Someone who can see the problems and find solutions. The fixtures are mainly made of glass, therefore someone with experience with the material as well as the electrical components in CE standards is preferable. Files and images will be provided after the hire. Confidentiality is important. The payment will be discussed. Experience is important.
