ColdFusion scheduled tasks not executing correctly

I have a number of scheduled tasks active on my ColdFusion server, however one of them in particular is not functioning correctly. If I execute the page in a browser, it works fine, but when it executes on the server I find this in the logs:

Error [DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-5] - Connection Failure: Status code unavailable

I have had two other people from Toogit try to fix this and they were both unable to solve the problem. As such, please do not bid on this project unless you have a HIGH level of ColdFusion knowledge and you are confident you can remedy this.

Strangely, after a reboot, the scheduled task will work fine. Sometimes it will run fine for days, sometimes only hours. But at some point it will stop working and start producing the above error in my logs.

I am running a CF 2016 Server on LiquidWeb.

As mentioned above, please do not bid unless you are a ColdFusion expert and can sort this.
