need to fix a bug that occurs randomly while customer is completing a purchase

payment is posted but, order is never created

we are using cybersource which redirects the customer to an external url and returns to our websites order sucess page

very similar to the paypal redirect

I am looking for an experienced magento/ full stack dev with experience with payment api integrations
