Website Build Phase 1 - Custom Themed WP (or else)

We are looking to get a basic, minimally viable custom-themed WP site (could be another platform if it is better fit) going up fast - set up secure with a few basic features (call to action, lead-generator, etc.).

We will deliver a full brief including a wire-frame of the entire site fully developed. The site needs to be set-up, so more sophisticated features and apps can be added in phase 2 and 3. The site needs to fully responsive.

All the design features, layout and copy are delivered to you as a fully developed wire-frame - ready to set-up and execute. No development of design, layout or copy work on your end required. Small graphics work may be necessary (check-boxes, click-boxes, icons etc.)

Besides immediate launch - site security is paramount.
