I would like to have Knime used to generate a model where workers with various criteria will be considered against historical work volumes.
This Knime model would predict future workers needed each our of the day in order to satisfy the anticipated workload.

Ideally, we could add presumed new work volume and/or new workers and have it indicate the perfect balance of workers to work....

Some workers can only do certain tasks.
Some workers are faster than others.
Some work increases or decreases based on weekdays and hours of days.
Some workers only work during certain days and hours of days.

All of these details can be provided, of course, but we want to get perfect at anticipating the best scheduling balance to cover it all properly ... not too little, not too much. Hence the .ai approach instead of just looking at historical norms.
