Calculator mobile site development

We need a mobile website to be developed. The website will be used for a calculator and will have three pages
1. A page for Setting default data values
2. A data entry Page to enter variable data
3. Two Result pages

On the initial use, the user is asked to set up the default data values. Once the default data values are set, the user will be directed to the data entry page. Once all required data is entered, the system will calculate the output into a two-page report. User will be allowed to share the report via available methods like email, text.

There is a website that does similar calculations so I will be sharing that information with the developer. Most of the calculations are straight forward and if there is a question I can give the formulas.

I am looking for an experienced developer that can deliver fast at a reasonable fixed price.
