Need a full website design that needs to be sophisticated and then a logo

I am wanting a website that maybe needs a designer *possible software involved. I am wanting to make a website that mobile car retailers can bid on fleets or individual types of cars, trucks, semis, boats, etc. to fill in their empty gaps in their schedule.

So I want a website basically built for the DFW area.
I am wanting the person or company to be able to select what type of vehicle and then be able to be able to select from packages that we offer and then select from a calendar what day and what window of time. They would also have to be able to put in a DFW ZipCode so that my contractors can also bid on those jobs.
