Salesforce and HubSpot Admin

We are looking for a HubSpot and Salesforce Admin to work out of our Manhattan, NY office for about 3 months. The totals per week could be part time or full time.

You will work closely with the marketing department, but so the customer support and sales departments.

You will have a lot of experience working with SFDC CRM and HubSpot Marketing automation. There is a bi-directional data sync.

Tasks in support of the marketing team:
- making sure data is being passed through to other tools accurately
- working with systems architect to ensure all integrations are working effectively.
- taking problem/briefs from the head of marketing, advising on what the best solution is, and then upon sign off you will work with all stakeholders to complete and QA the job in its entirety
- Set up and optimize Hubspot email workflows
- Map fields from HubSpot to SFDC
- Perform basic dev work in SFDC, e.g. working inside of Process Builder.
