Turn my board game into an app

I have a board game I designed, and would love to be able to play it as an app. It should be able to do the following things:
Connect with other users so up to five players can play together live
Have bots that users can play against and also who can fill in for players who take too much time
Have user-friendly graphics that reflect the artwork of the original board game
Be free to use, but always end with an ad to buy the real board game.

The idea of My Big Break is simple: Players audition for gigs in musical theatre (by throwing dice). When they succeed they get credits and money and closing bonuses, but when they fail they get something called a bitter card that smites their opponent(s), who are also trying to get their big break. Each players turn consists of four quick phases: Income(or expense), audition, movement, and class/card phase.

Applicant should have a portfolio of user-friendly game apps they have designed and a general knowledge of musical theatre.
