Migration and Maintenance Tasks on LAMP stack application and Ubuntu Server

I am looking for a freelancer to help maintain my LAMP server and complete a migration from Rackspace to AWS. The server hosts a web application.
I do not believe a lot of time will be required to complete the migration. However, I am hoping to find someone who can be familiar with the configuration and be available on an as needed basis long term.

In addition to server maintenance experience, the ideal candidate will have web application development experience and be able to troubleshoot bugs in the application code.
