Blockchain consultant required for architecture design and development management

We are looking for an experienced blockchain consultant with experience in designing architecture as well as managing development and execution.

We are a brand operating in the luxury goods space selling a variety of products. We would like to integrate a blockchain element into each and every item we produce that tracks the product through its lifecycle including ownership details, re-sale details and servicing details.
Items will first be on-sale exclusively through our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform which will be built on the shopify system. Phase 2 will include the sale of these products through distributors, so the system architecture must be robust enough to handle this and therefore store each update to the ledger irrespective of source and place of sale/update. Effectively using BC to replicate what one would find in a traditional service book for vehicles which tracks ownership as well as servicing completed. We would either like to integrate the hardware of the blockchain piece on the product themselves (via NFC chip or otherwise) or onto a separately included warranty card (via NFC chip or otherwise) that will be included when each item is sold.

We are looking for a block chain consultant to support us on the writing the requirements document for the architecture and execution of the system required, taking into account all stakeholders.

Phase 2 would include (if possible), aiding in the execution of the implementation and development of the system from concept to practice.
