AWS Sys Admin for High Availability Cluster Architecture

We are growing a team of sys admin for our AWS data center. There are different opportunities depending on your skills, but we are looking for a lead sys admin to setup a scalable high availability cluster architecture.

Experience with AWS is mandatory including with LBs and VPNs.
You will be required to work with:
MongoDB,
Kafka,
cassandra,
nagios,
redis,
distributed applications
building CI/CD pipelines on AWS for web apps
and develop a maintenance and monitoring program to maintain 99.99% uptime.

Our goal is to achieve 99% uptime within the next 3-4 months and 99.9% uptime within 1 year.

We will be hiring several people over the next 3-6 months as we grow our team so there is an excellent opportunity for the right person to become our senior sys admin in a long term full time position so let me know ASAP if you are interested.
