Linode expert for setting up websites and webapp

Currently, my web apps and websites are hosted at godaddy.com . I also have a linoder hosting provider. I need to move my webapp from godaddy to linoder hosting server. I need someone who can setup the linode and move the webapp (java/JS, images, PHP/HTML etc) code from godaddy to linoder server and make it available for the users to access it.

I would also like you to install and setup cpanel on Linode.
