I need a PPC expert to manage a PPC campaign in Russia on Google Ads and Yandex

We would like to run a PPC campaign in Russia from May 1st through to September 30th.

We have a media spend a budget of 900 USD per month to use across both Google Ads and Yandex.

The ideal applicant is a fluent Russian speaker with good experience in both Google Ads and Yandex.

Well need someone to build out the campaigns and then manage them on an ongoing basis.
