Youtube expert editor needed

As you have we are a bunch of a youtube team, and i am assigned to come up with a new business channel therefore i am looking forward for to have you come with us, anyways your job is to come up with good and well elaborate research(all topics are business niche related) followed obviously by script writing(if you can just jump from your research to video animation is also fine, afterall you are the one working on the production, after that you can finish off with your expertise at video animation(must provide good voiceover of what you have written, smooth transition, and whatever ways to make it look attractive to viewers). The thing is it will be a long term thing and the first month we would want to see your progress, QUALITY and speed of course. We look out for excellent quality, first month will require 20 videos(10 mins long) and we are offering $1000 for it, i know it might seem quite less now but we are here working as team for long term, so once any video hits 100k we will up your pay to $1020, so each video that getting 100k views means u will get another extra $20 LIFETIMEEE! Furthermore if we manage too hit 50k subs we will give you a bonus of $$5000. and many more perks and cashes to come man, trust me many many more(if we like your quality and hard work u will definitely give you more bonuses). its a long term thing and trust me it only takes one video to blow up, just ONE viral video and we be getting tons of subscribers and views but this takes consistent uploads but it will work(after one month we shall find out). so we are looking forward to having you with us . if it is too much work do let us know maybe we will get you focus on one aspect like video animation only because we prioritize quality and quite a bit of quantity(in the beginning)
