We are a growing education company with operations in Seoul, Korea and Saigon, Vietnam. We are seeking to build a CRM/database solution. We are intelligent people who are utterly ignorant of this domain; we suspect that a buildout in Quickbase or something similar would likely suffice, rather than a full-on proprietary from scratch solution, but thats the extent of our knowledge in this realm.

We are currently looking for a freelancer with experience building these sorts of solutions. I am hoping to connect with you briefly through videochat to discuss our needs and to get your rough estimate for what such a project would entail.
