Integrating a Unifi-Ubiquiti network with PacketFence.

I have an access point network using Unifys equipments and I am looking at integrating it with PacketFence.
One of the requirements is to be able to link unifys equipment with packetfence and allow them to switch VLAN automatically using radius CoA based on the users profile.

I just need well structured, validated and clear steps on how to do the implementation.
