Developer needed for creating an e-commerce static website

I have a hair dye product currently consisting of just two colors brown and black. My logo is complete, I use Blue Host for hosting, I have my domain name, I will use Sun Trust Bank / Woo Commerce / Pay Eezy for payment processing, and Round Cube for my emailing unless advised otherwise for campaigning.

My goal is to sell my product via USPS mainly in the USA but also several other western countries that USPS delivers too. I want my product to eventually reach the status of a luxury brand similar to Louis Vuitton. So I would like a color rich website consisting of colors to convey such as, maybe a dark brown and gold or otherwise.

An ideal freelancer is one that can build a professional looking site akin to a luxury brand. To give me a good footing and head start with SEO tools that I can self manage going forward.
