Our client has an application in which multiple databases live. Within these applications, users are able to submit reports, which include text and imagery.

Recently, these databases have been running into many issues where users cannot save these reports, upload images, edit reports, etc. primarily on mobile devices.

We have issued many fixes that only temporarily fix specific problems. At this point, we feel that the best approach is to re-create these from scratch to use newer code, have a better interface, etc.

Wed love a developer that has created applications using RoR before.
