Filemaker developer to fix problems in existing database

We have an online training videos database that doesnt work well, and need to be tied into employee database when traing milestones are completed.

We want to change the way we view, access and organize the videos. we also have other ongoing projects, some small, some large.

We will give access to the database , please take a look and let us know what you think.
Once we get the file path error fixed, and we can view the videos again, we basically just need to be able
1. easily add new videos
2. easily add test questions to the new videos.
3. limit what videos are seen by what employees based on their rank ( laborer or foreman)
4. be able to sort videos by type.

Theres currently a system in place, but its a little tedious and could be improved. So were looking to have it modified and make it administrator friendly.
