Take finished building permit plans, rough floor plans, rough MEP plans, and create construction-ready final plans for new construction.

Overview: Avalon is building a new manufacturing facility in Evanston, WY. The facility is 60,000 sqft. Inside the facility, a 100 x 50 corner is designated as office space with a second floor totaling 10,000 sqft. of office space. Avalon has already created a floor plan, rough electrical and plumbing plan. A professional is needed to finalize these plans for construction.

We have an interior designer on staff so really just need the MEP and proper positioning/ integration of the floor, MEP, and building plans to proceed with construction. Input on materials, equipment, and products for MEP would be necessary.
