Klaviyo personalised email template tags scripting and data extraction

We need someone to write a script for email marketing, using template tags to personalise emails, based on the persons attributes.

We need to use conditional tags such as If-else blocks and For blocks.

We also need someone to write a script, preferably in Python Pandas, for cleaning up CSV files. We can provide you with an example of the input CSV and the output we need (which was largely done manually).
