Need a Woo-commerce expert to add custom affiliate coupon functionality

I am looking for a woo-commerce custom code expert who can add the following functionality to my website.

I want you to create wholesale/affiliate code[at check out] and give the person entering the code a 5% discount and then log the 45% [ of retail price quoted on website for each mushroom] amount that we to the person [ using wholesale code ] that the code belongs to?

In meantime I need to generate a 25% off code that generates new code for each person that signs up for a first time purchase from a pop up im setting up on website

1. 25% Off code [unique code] - One time- for first purchase users
2. Create mailchimp 25% list- Can you send me Mailchimp code to connect with pop-up
3. create confirmation email [ I can give you logo and text and 25% coupon code banner] that automatically gets sent to customers

More explanation I can give on message box.

This is very urgent and need to be done in couple of days
