Bluetooth LED PCB Stacking Development - Micro Circuit - Freelance job in Engineering And Architecture

I am looking for a freelancer developer who has strong technical background in developing micro PCB board integrated Bluetooth + LED + Piezo Buzzer, having device operational and capable of delivering prototypes to me in the United Stated. The PCBs can possibly be stacked maybe? I need developer to coin best solutions to create the board for me. You must have experience with android app development as well! Please take a look at the concept below and let me know if you can take on the project?

MAX PCB size (L x W x H) Requested: Cannot Exceed!
20mm(L) x 3mm(W)/thickness x 6mm(H)

The PCB is shaded blue and must be placed above the Lithium Polymer battery!
