Power MTA server optimization and. IP rotation set up on AWS

I have installed the SparkPosts PowerMTA 5.0 and added DKIM, SPF, and other records. I need to make sure the infrastructure is built for scaling. I have a basic configuration set up.

So, I am looking for help from an expert who had an experience with PowerMTA and email server infrastructure set up and building.

I need this system to have capabilities:
1. Add more IPs easily,
2. To be able to assign each user their own IPs automatically,
3. Monitoring server conditions,
4. Adding Spam trap lists, suppression and automatically blacklist and hard bounce control
5. Automating IP warmups for each IP (included feature might need customization visually)
6. Submit applications to Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and outlook at least,
7. Limit controlling activation on PowerMTA dashboard,
8. Server Management console needs to be added like Webmin,
9. Automated Reports, like deliverability and other reports.

Also, development work will be needed to develop management interface, and platform integration view management and create and integrate

Please note: I have installed the SparkPosts PowerMTA 5.0 and added DKIM, SPF, and other records. I need to make sure the infrastructure is built for scaling. As we discussed last time that I will reach out to you. I used the AWS EC2 Linux Centos server added 2 IPs for now. Both are working. I need first of all you to inspect all and make all infrastructure for inline with the best standards and with the requirements we have.
