Real Estate Bracketed Photo Processing

We are looking for a real estate photo processor. There are 2 parts to the interview process.

FIRST (3 SETS)
The first is a short opportunity to demonstrate to us that you are capable of processing HDR photos. There are 3 photos that need to be processed, to demonstrate your skills in processing bracketed photos.

SECOND (PROBATION TEST)
The second part (which will be paid at 10-cents per photos) will be to process a full set of 30 images within 1-business day.

We are providing a link to 3 folders, each containing 3 bracketed photos. Please include your 3 processed photos to demonstrate your ability to create HDR photos.

If we select you for the second part of the test, we will be assessing your overall body of work, consistent ability to color correct and white balance each room, align the rooms appropriately, and adjust the windows to the correct exposure for the outside.

We will be assessing your ability to meet deadlines, the accuracy of processing (including correctly exposing the windows), ability to communicate fluently in English, and ability to process HDR photos effectively.

To be considered for the second test, Toogit is requiring us to provide a paid test. Only candidates who have followed instructions to complete the test will be considered. All 30 photos must be completed to pass the second test and to be considered. Photos not processed correctly will not be paid or considered.

We are ultimately looking for 1-2 processors to join the team for ongoing projects. The pay rate for the test is 10-cents per photo (30 photos = $5). If you are selected to join the team you will start at a probationary rate of 20-cents per photo. Once you have passed the probationary period, the rate will increase to 30-40 cents per photo.

We are looking for talent for two shifts;
1) talents who process photos between 9PM to 8AM PST.
2) talents who are available 8 AM to 5 PM PST to process any last minute changes
