We have a web page that selects a local file and renders or plays it. We want to build a Azure Function v2 C# that will use Azure Cognitive to do things with that file.. like scrape text off it if or use the audio to drive searches.

Must have proven experience with Azure , Azure Functions, C#, Azure Cognitive Search, Voice To Text, Text to Voice.

Must understand Azure App permissions required. Our environment is already set up.

Must be able to meet around 6am -11am EST US on Skype.
